The Licensing Delivery Partner signs an NDA agreement (today we are working with one Licensing Delivery Partner (LDP) called Licensing Assurance or Cintra). The Licensing Delivery Partner requests entitlement for analysis via TD SYNNEX and Partner ULA.

Technical Support: TD SYNNEX will engage the Licensing Delivery Partner with higher qualifications in order to execute the OLA for the Partner.

Distribution Seller Agreement with TD SYNNEX The partner must not have any active opportunity with AWS of EC2 (Elastic Compute Cloud) services or Windows (Services Distribution Program).

Scenario 2

TD SYNNEX generates the practice of the OLA execution, coaching Partners to increase the practice. TD SYNNEX requests MLS | MPSA entitlement for the analysis and recommendations.
